Inside our irrigation & fertigation systems

Fertigation delivers fertilizer through the irrigation water, in measured doses, at the time the crop needs it. A unit mixes stock solutions into the main line, checks EC and pH, and runs irrigation zones on a schedule.

We supply fixed and mobile water-fertilizer units, engine- and pump-powered irrigation systems with IoT control, automatic backwashing disc and sand-media filters, and industrial or commercial reverse-osmosis systems that turn groundwater into consistent irrigation water.

Who they're for: Greenhouse growers, orchards, open-field vegetable farms and hydroponic projects whose water quality or scale needs automation.

  • Filtration

    Disc, sand-media and screen filters remove particles before they reach drippers; automatic models backwash on pressure difference.

  • Dosing

    Multi-channel injectors draw from separate stock tanks to hit the EC and pH set points.

    A controller runs irrigation zones by time, volume or sensor input, locally or over IoT.

How do I size a fertigation unit?

Sizing starts from the largest irrigation zone's flow rate, the number of fertilizer stock solutions you need to inject separately, and your water analysis. Our fertigation sizing guide walks through the calculation; send us your zone flows and we will propose a unit.

Disc, sand or screen filter — which do I need?

Sand-media filters handle heavy organic load from open water. Disc filters suit well and mains water and backwash with little water. Screen filters are a low-cost final stage. Many farms combine sand and disc filtration.

Can the fertigation system be controlled remotely?

Yes, IoT-enabled controllers let you view EC, pH, flow and zone status and change schedules from a phone or computer.

Do you supply reverse-osmosis systems for irrigation?

Yes. We build commercial and industrial RO systems sized by daily output, with PLC control and pre-treatment matched to your water analysis.
