What we collect
When you send an inquiry or subscribe, we receive the details you enter: name, company, email, phone, country and your message, plus any products in your quote list. Submissions are stored in our inquiry system on Cloudflare (our web host) and forwarded to our sales inbox. We use automated checks, including your IP address and timing information, to filter spam, and spam submissions are deleted after 30 days.
How we use it
Only to answer your request, prepare quotations and, if you subscribed, send occasional product and guide updates. We do not sell personal data.
Cookies and storage
This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Your quote list is kept in your own browser (local storage) until you send or clear it.
Retention and your rights
Inquiry emails are kept for as long as needed for the business relationship and legal record-keeping. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or unsubscribe, by writing to inquiry@marsverticalfarm.com.
