Water-Circulating Pineapple Aeroponic Tower
Water circulates through this pineapple tower to feed plants aeroponically, with a pump driving the system. It targets large-scale greenhouse farms that want high-yield vertical hydroponic planting in rigid towers built to a customizable size. Minimum order 1 piece.

Overview
Greenhouse operators short on floor area, urban farms, agritourism projects, schools and retail garden centers.
Recirculating water
A pump circulates nutrient solution through the root zone and back to the tank, so unused water is reused rather than drained.
Aeroponic root zone
Roots hang in air and are misted with nutrient solution, giving them plenty of oxygen.
Built to your specification
Dimensions, tiers and options are configured to your site and crop before production.
About vertical towers & racks
Vertical systems put more plants on the same floor. Towers grow around a central column, A-frames lean two banks of channels toward the light, and rotating or mobile racks move the crop so every tier gets its share of light and access.

How vertical towers & racks work
Structure
Galvanized steel frames or high-rigidity plastic columns carry the planting sites at several heights.
Irrigation
A pump lifts nutrient solution to the top; it trickles or mists down through the root zone and drains back to the tank.
Light
In greenhouses the frame angle catches daylight; indoors, LED bars are mounted between tiers.
Access
Rotating and rolling designs bring every plant to working height for planting and harvest.

FAQ
Questions about this product
Can't find your answer? Our engineers reply within one business day.
Ask a questionWhat is the minimum order for the Water-Circulating Pineapple Aeroponic Tower?
The minimum order quantity is 1 piece. Larger orders and mixed orders with other Mars Vertical Farm products can be combined in one shipment; ask for a quotation with your quantities.
Can it be customized?
Yes. Dimensions, configuration, voltage and packaging can be adapted to your project. We confirm the specification and drawings with you before production starts.
What warranty is included?
The standard warranty is 3 months from delivery, covering manufacturing defects. Spare parts and remote technical support are available after the warranty period.
How is it packed and shipped?
Equipment is export-packed in cartons, pallets or wooden crates according to size, and shipped from Shanghai by sea, rail or air. Quotations can be made EXW, FOB Shanghai or CIF your nearest port.
How many plants fit on an A-frame or tower?
It depends on the length, number of tiers and plant spacing you choose. A-frames are built to length with 5 to 8 tiers per side; towers range from small home models to tall commercial columns. We confirm planting sites per unit in the quotation for your crop.
Which crops suit vertical hydroponics?
Leafy greens, herbs, strawberries and other compact crops do well in towers and A-frames. Heavy vining crops such as tomatoes and cucumbers are better grown in Dutch buckets or substrate bags at floor level.
