FAQ
Before you write
Can't find your answer? Our engineers reply within one business day.
Ask a questionHow quickly do you reply to inquiries?
We aim to reply to every inquiry within one business day (Shanghai time, UTC+8). Detailed quotations for custom systems take longer because they include a layout and equipment list.
What information should I include in an inquiry?
Your country and site, the crop, the output or size you have in mind, your power supply, and whether you need installation guidance. Photos or drawings of the site help.
Which payment and trade terms do you accept?
Quotations are in USD with Incoterms such as EXW, FOB Shanghai or CIF your port. Payment terms are agreed in the contract.
